| Ealing Common was opened by the Metropolitan District Railway fitted with a 16 lever mechanical frame which was taken out of use on 5th March 1925 and replaced by a 23 lever 'B' frame on 10th March 1925. The box was closed on 5th November 1960. |

| The frame is a Westinghouse Style 'B' Power Frame and was mechanically interlocked between levers with electrical lever locking, The frame was formed of 2 x 8 way sections, which making a total of 16 levers, | ||||
