Covent Garden was opened by the Great Northern, Piccadilly & Brompton Railway on 15 December 1906 fitted with a 12 lever 'B' Style frame. An additional push button panel was installed on 13 May 1962 to control a crossover at Kings Cross (Piccadilly line).
The box was closed on 13 October 1979 and the frame was moved to the Kidderminster Railway Museum. |

The frame is a Westinghouse Style 'B' Power Frame and was mechanically interlocked between levers with electrical lever locking, The frame was formed of 1 x 12 way section which making a total of 12 levers
