Charing Cross was opened by the Charing Cross, Euston & Hampstead Railway named Strand on 22 June 1907 fitted with a 12 lever 'B' Style frame (frame number 82).
The box was re-named Charing Cross (unconfirmed on 09 May 1915). The frame was possibly extended from 11 levers in 12/1939, and the box was closed on 09 June 1951. |
