content header for Bethnal Green
Bethnal Green was opened by London Transport on 18 November 1946 fitted with an 11 lever 'B' Style frame. The box was built and frame was installed in 1939/40 but re-signalling scheme was delayed for duration of Second World War. The frame was replaced a panel that controlled Bethnal Green computer based interlocking, and box was closed possibly on 10th November 1999.

10 levers from this frame were included in the Bolton Abbey signal box and is located on the Embassy & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway The rest of the frame is currently stored at Bolton Abbey.
